Polishing Station: design for micro- and nanoelectrodes
The polishing station is designed for the preparation and finishing of microelectrodes and nanoelectrodes, featuring precise mechanical control and reproducible polishing performance. The independent rotation of both the grinding plate and the electrode body enables uniform polishing across a wide range of electrode geometries and dimensions.
A two-axis micromanipulator allows flexible positioning of the electrode on the grinding surface, while the polishing angle can be adjusted continuously from perpendicular to tilted orientations. The modular design also enables quick exchange of polishing materials for different preparation stages and surface requirements.
A built-in light source improves visibility during the alignment and polishing procedures, and the system can be optionally combined with our Option Video to enhance the monitoring and control of the process.

Complete solution for the manual cleaning and preparation of microelectrodes. Include glass plate, aluminum oxide polishing papers, colloidal silicon dioxide suspension, and polishing cloths.
